Service Standards1. Accommodation:

◦ 1 night in a RV at the Nalati self-driving campsite
◦ 1 night in a 4-diamond hotel in Yining (twin standard room)
◦ 1 night in a RV at the Sayram Lake scenic parking area
Note: The diamond rating standard refers to Ctrip’s diamond rating system (non-star-rated). Xinjiang’s economy is relatively underdeveloped, and hotel conditions may be slightly lower than those in southern China. Your understanding is appreciated.
2. Meals: Includes 6 breakfasts and 1 specialty meal.
3. Transportation: One RV per group (Iveco 3.0T model), including fuel, tolls, and the driver’s accommodation and meals.
4. Tickets:
◦ Tianchi Mountain entry ticket + scenic area shuttle bus
◦ Sayram Lake entry ticket + self-driving fee around the lake
◦ Nalati self-driving pass
5. Tour Leader: The driver also acts as the RV butler, assisting with ticket purchases and providing travel suggestions. Note that the driver may not be able to enter certain scenic areas or provide professional guided tours. Your understanding is appreciated.
Exclusions
1. Round-trip airfare/travel to and from Xinjiang. It is recommended to book online at least 15 days in advance for better prices.
2. Meals other than those specified are at your own expense (AA system or individual dining). Average meal cost: ¥40–80 per person, depending on personal preference.
3. Other optional activities or expenses not listed in the itinerary.
4. Single room supplement: Default accommodation is twin sharing. A single supplement fee applies for solo travelers:

◦ Regular dates: ¥1,300
Participation Instructions
1. This product is not available for individuals with infectious diseases, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, mental illnesses, severe anemia, patients recovering from major or medium surgeries, individuals aged 75 or above, pregnant women, those with mobility impairments, or others for whom travel is not advisable. For safety reasons, travelers are strongly advised to undergo a necessary physical examination prior to the trip. The booker must accurately convey and verify the traveler's health status before registration. Otherwise, any adverse consequences and related costs shall be borne solely by the booker and the traveler.
2. Please provide accurate and complete information (including name, gender, ID number, nationality, contact details, and whether the traveler is an adult or child) when booking to avoid errors that may affect the trip. Our agency will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the guest.
3. Travelers from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and foreign nationals may face restricted access to certain areas. Please consult customer service for specific details before registering.
4. Minors under the age of 18 cannot register alone and must be accompanied throughout the journey by at least one direct relative aged 18 to 59.
5. Travelers aged 70 or above must ensure they are in good health suitable for travel and must be accompanied by a direct relative aged 18 to 59 for the entire trip.
6. For itineraries involving high-altitude areas (including parts of Tibet, Qinghai, Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Xinjiang, Gansu, etc.), individuals may experience varying degrees of altitude sickness due to the unique geographical conditions and personal physical fitness. It is recommended that travelers assess their suitability and prepare accordingly. In case of severe altitude sickness during the trip, please notify the service personnel or travel agency immediately. While necessary assistance will be provided, any additional rescue costs will be borne by the individual. If a traveler decides to withdraw from the tour midway, only the unused portion of the ticket fees will be refunded.
7. Punctuality
Please arrive at the meeting point at the agreed time. Late arrivals may disrupt your and other travelers' itineraries. If you miss the group due to lateness, it will be treated as a contract termination for the day. Alternatively, you may negotiate with the tour guide to meet at the next stop, but any additional costs incurred shall be borne by you. No refunds will be provided for missed transportation, attractions, activities, or accommodations.
8. Itinerary Adjustments
During the tour, our staff may adjust the sequence of visits (e.g., changing the order of attractions) based on weather or traffic conditions to ensure a smooth experience, provided that all planned attractions are included and guests consent to the changes.
9. Force Majeure
If an attraction cannot be visited due to force majeure, our staff may cancel or replace it after consulting guests, or refund the ticket price based on the pre-paid tour rate (not the attraction’s listed price).
10. Schedule Changes
In case of unexpected situations (e.g., road conditions), meeting times may be adjusted. Changes will be announced by our staff.
11. Complimentary Items
No refunds will be offered for complimentary activities that are canceled due to force majeure (e.g., weather) or personal reasons.
12. Early Departure
During group activities (excluding free time), leaving the group without consent is prohibited. If you wish to leave midway, a written agreement must be signed. Only unvisited attraction tickets will be refunded, and you will be responsible for any safety or property issues thereafter.
13. Natural Scenery
Flora-based views (e.g., maple leaves, cherry blossoms) may be affected by weather conditions. No refunds will be issued for such cases.
14. Photo Usage
Our staff may take photos of guests during the trip. These images may be used for promotional purposes. If you disagree, please notify us when booking.
Default compensation

If the order is in the pending travel state and is canceled due to the traveler's reason, the fee deduction standard is as follows:
Before the trip starts, the default fee is 7% of the total order cost.
5% for 7 days or more, 20% for 4-6 days , 40% for 1-3 days , and 60% on the day of travel.
If the contract is terminated during the trip, the standard for deducting necessary fees is as follows:
Total order cost × default fee on the day of travel + (Total order cost - Total order cost × default fee on day of travel) ÷ Total travel days × actual days traveled.
Special note:
If the deducted fee is less than the actual fee incurred, the traveler should pay the actual fee incurred, but the maximum amount should not exceed the total order amount.
[Travel agency default]
If the order is in pending travel state and is canceled due the travel agency's reason, in addition to full refund, the travel agency should pay the following default fee:
Before the trip starts, the fee is 7% of the order total cost.5% for 7 or more days, 10% for 4-6, 20% for 1-3,
and the travel agency should refund the order and pay the default fee according to the above standard within 5 working days after the notice of cancellation reaches the traveler.
