Service Includes

1. Transport: 5-14 seat vehicle (1-3 persons: 5-seater; 4-5 persons: 7-seater; 6-7 persons: 9-seater; 8 persons: 14-seater)
2. Accommodation: 3 nights at carefully chosen Ctrip 3-diamond hotels + 1 night at Laran Luxury Wilderness Resort Homestay. Rooms are twin standard rooms.
3. Tickets: Includes only the standard first-entry ticket for listed attractions. Mandatory scenic area transport within attractions (such as electric carts or cable cars) is at your own expense.
4. Meals: 4 breakfasts (provided by the hotel; non-refundable if unused).
5. Guide Services: Services of a licensed tour guide.
6. Insurance: Travel Agency Liability Insurance is included. Travel Accident Insurance is not included (purchasing it is strongly recommended).
7. Child Fee Includes: Tour coach seat + half-price for main meals.
Child Fee Excludes: Attraction tickets, breakfasts, hotel bed, mandatory scenic area transport. Children over 1.2 meters tall will be charged the adult rate.

Service Excludes

1. Transportation: Round-trip airfare / high-speed rail tickets from your departure city to the tour destination are at your own expense.
2. Scenic Area Transport: Auxiliary transport within listed attractions (e.g., electric carts/cable cars) is not included.
3. Optional Activities/Items: Activities/items not listed in the itinerary, or optional activities recommended by the guide during the tour, are not included.
4. Single Room Supplement: Hotel accommodations are based on twin-share standard rooms. A single room supplement applies for solo occupancy.
5. Losses: Costs arising from traffic delays/cancellations, other unforeseen events, force majeure, or losses due to tourist breach of contract or personal fault are at your own expense.

Default compensation

If the order is in the pending travel state and is canceled due to the traveler's reason, the fee deduction standard is as follows:

Before the trip starts, the default fee is 7% of the total order cost. 
5% for 7 days or more,  20% for 4-6 days , 40% for 1-3 days , and 60% on the day of travel. 
If the contract is terminated during the trip, the standard for deducting necessary fees is as follows: 
Total order cost × default fee on the day of travel + (Total order cost - Total order cost × default fee on day of travel) ÷ Total travel days × actual days traveled.
Special note:
If the deducted fee is less than the actual fee incurred, the traveler should pay the actual fee incurred, but the maximum amount should not exceed the total order amount.

[Travel agency default]
If the order is in pending travel state and is canceled due the travel agency's reason, in addition to full refund, the travel agency should pay the following default fee:
Before the trip starts, the fee is 7% of the order total cost.5% for 7 or more days, 10% for 4-6, 20% for 1-3, 
and the travel agency should refund the order and pay the default fee according to the above standard within 5 working days after the notice of cancellation reaches the traveler.
