Itinerary

Day 01National Locations → Guilin → Hotel Check-in
Visitors arriving from various locations will reach Guilin—a landscape reminiscent of an ink-wash painting. Professional pickup staff will be waiting with a welcome sign. After a short break and ensuring no belongings are left behind, you will be transferred to downtown Guilin (approx. 1 hour) for hotel check-in.

Your tour guide will contact you in advance via phone or SMS. Please keep your communication device available. If you arrive in Guilin on an early flight, you may explore freely as suggested by the guide. Rest well to prepare for the exciting journey starting the next day.

Day 02: Gudong Waterfall — Elephant Trunk Hill — Between Mountains and Rivers or Seven Star Park

After breakfast, transfer service will be arranged according to your return flight/train schedule. The journey concludes after drop-off.

Service Standards

• Transportation: Air-conditioned tourist vehicles in Guilin, ensuring one standard seat per person.

• Attractions: First-entry group tickets for all listed attractions (excludes cable cars and internal scenic transportation). If an attraction is inaccessible or cancelled due to force majeure, the group ticket price will be refunded (any expenses for non-itinerary attractions are at personal expense).

• Meals: 4 breakfasts included (if included with hotel and unused, no refund) + 1 boat meal (breakfast is complimentary with hotel stay; not provided for those without beds).

• Accommodation: Stay at designated hotels throughout. Single occupants will require a single room supplement. Please inform in advance if a double bed is required. If dissatisfied with the hotel standard, you may pay to upgrade or receive a refund and arrange your own accommodation.

• Guide Services: Professional licensed guide services. For groups under 6 individuals, driver may also serve as guide.

• Insurance: Travel agency liability insurance is included. It is recommended that tourists purchase personal travel accident insurance before departure.

• Children: Child price includes half meals, local seat, and guide service. Excludes attraction tickets, boat tickets, and bed. Any additional expenses are at personal cost.

• Child Boat Tickets: Adult boat tickets are real-name. Children 1.2-1.49m must prepay 200 RMB/child (400 RMB/child for VIP cabin). On-site purchase carries risk of unavailability or inability to board the same boat due to capacity limits.

Cost Exclusions

1.Transport: Round-trip flights/rail tickets from your departure city to the destination are not included.

 2.Local scenic transport: Excludes auxiliary transport within attractions (e.g., electric cars/cable cars).

 3.Optional activities: Self-paid items recommended during the tour.

 4.Single supplement: Rooms are based on twin-sharing; extra charge applies for single occupancy.

 5.Incidental costs: Expenses resulting from force majeure, travel delays/cancellations, or personal negligence/breach are not covered.9.Some scenic areas have special regulations for foreign nationals. Please be sure to consult customer service before placing an order.

Travel Tips

 

1，About Children

 If bringing children aged 2-12, two adults may accompany one child. Children's fees are self-paid and include: transportation, half-board meals (lunch/dinner), and guide service.

 Excludes: breakfast, bedding, and attraction tickets (any additional costs incurred must be paid separately).

 

2， Other Groups

 For special age groups or other specific demographics, please consult customer service for detailed pricing.

 

3，About Hotels

• During peak tourist seasons, if alternate hotels are unavailable, we reserve the right to arrange accommodations of equivalent standard.

• Upon check-in, promptly verify room amenities and facility functionality. Report any issues immediately to the hotel front desk.

• Standard twin rooms are default. Special room requests must be confirmed during booking; last-minute changes cannot be accommodated.

Penalty for Default

[traveler default] 
If the order is in the pending travel state and is canceled due to the traveler's reason, the fee deduction standard is as follows:

Before the trip starts, the default fee is 7% of the total order cost. 
5% for 7 days or more,  20% for 4-6 days , 40% for 1-3 days , and 60% on the day of travel. 
If the contract is terminated during the trip, the standard for deducting necessary fees is as follows: 
Total order cost × default fee on the day of travel + (Total order cost - Total order cost × default fee on day of travel) ÷ Total travel days × actual days traveled.
Special note:
If the deducted fee is less than the actual fee incurred, the traveler should pay the actual fee incurred, but the maximum amount should not exceed the total order amount.

[Travel agency default]
If the order is in pending travel state and is canceled due the travel agency's reason, in addition to full refund, the travel agency should pay the following default fee:
Before the trip starts, the fee is 7% of the order total cost.5% for 7 or more days, 10% for 4-6, 20% for 1-3, 
and the travel agency should refund the order and pay the default fee according to the above standard within 5 working days after the notice of cancellation reaches the traveler.
