Service Standards

1. Accommodation Arrangements
• 4-diamond standard hotels throughout (please confirm room type before travel)
• Lijiang segment reference hotels: Lijiang Star, Mulun Lange, Baiyu Yunlong, Jixiangyuan, Lanyue Xigu, Da'an Man, Wangfu Hotel, Kangnian Lishui, Jindao, Jinheng.
• Dali segment reference hotels: Litu Hotel, Chuanyugui, Gangwan Hot Spring, Haibin International Hot Spring Hotel, Manwan Licheng Hotel, Tianxiang Renhe Jinhai'an, Jinsha Bandao, Canghai Mizong, Erhai Longwan.
• Note: If reference hotels are unavailable, accommodations of equivalent standard will be provided.

2. Transportation
• Small group limited to 2-8 people (guaranteed one seat per person)
• Lijiang segment: 5-9 seat cars or business vehicles
• Other segments: 5-15 seat cars/business vehicles/coaches (specific vehicle models cannot be guaranteed)
• Multi-destination service: Local driver-guides provided separately for Lijiang, Dali, Lugu Lake, and Shangri-La segments due to regional cultural diversity
• Excludes Lijiang-Shangri-La expressway toll fees

3. Tickets
• First entrance tickets to all listed attractions

4. Dining
• Daily breakfast at hotels
• 4 breakfasts + 4 main meals included throughout the tour
• Main meal standard: 30 RMB/person
• No refunds for unused meals; no alternative arrangements

Group Tour Instructions

1. Single Room Arrangement
In case of single occupancy, a single room supplement must be paid to cover the accommodation difference.

2. Identification Requirements
Adults must present a valid ID card. Children under 16 must carry their original household register (required for hotel check-in procedures).

3. Force Majeure
Additional expenses incurred due to force majeure events (e.g., itinerary delays or attraction closures) shall be borne by the guests.

4. Mid-Tour Withdrawal
No refunds will be provided for guests leaving mid-tour. Voluntary abandonment of local attractions, meals, accommodations, or complimentary items is non-refundable. No reimbursement for admission fees applies to guests holding senior citizen cards, tour guide certificates, military officer cards, etc.

5. Child Pricing
Includes: Half-board meals, tour bus seat.
Excludes: Hotel breakfasts, attraction tickets, hotel beds, round-train tickets.
Children under 1.2m registered as adults will not receive refunds even if no local ticket fees are incurred. Hotel breakfasts consumed must be paid directly to the restaurant.

6. Feedback
Please carefully complete the travel agency feedback form. Complaint handling will be based solely on the submitted form.

7. Hotel Air Conditioning
Yunnan hotels may operate air conditioning on fixed schedules depending on local climate conditions. Please take special note.

8. Delegation of Services
This product may be operated by qualified partner travel agencies without altering the service standards.

9. Itinerary Sequence
The tour guide may adjust the order of attractions based on daily conditions.

10. Eligibility
This product is unsuitable for pregnant women or individuals with limited mobility. Group tours require coordination with other tourists and cannot provide individualized care. Guests concealing relevant conditions assume all resulting consequences.

Penalty for Default

[traveler default] 
If the order is in the pending travel state and is canceled due to the traveler's reason, the fee deduction standard is as follows:

Before the trip starts, the default fee is 7% of the total order cost. 
5% for 7 days or more,  20% for 4-6 days , 40% for 1-3 days , and 60% on the day of travel. 
If the contract is terminated during the trip, the standard for deducting necessary fees is as follows: 
Total order cost × default fee on the day of travel + (Total order cost - Total order cost × default fee on day of travel) ÷ Total travel days × actual days traveled.
Special note:
If the deducted fee is less than the actual fee incurred, the traveler should pay the actual fee incurred, but the maximum amount should not exceed the total order amount.

[Travel agency default]
If the order is in pending travel state and is canceled due the travel agency's reason, in addition to full refund, the travel agency should pay the following default fee:
Before the trip starts, the fee is 7% of the order total cost.5% for 7 or more days, 10% for 4-6, 20% for 1-3, 
and the travel agency should refund the order and pay the default fee according to the above standard within 5 working days after the notice of cancellation reaches the traveler.
