Service Standards
1. Accommodation: Stay in boutique comfort hotels throughout the trip + 1 night in a quasi 5-star luxury hot spring hotel upon arrival + 1 night in a scenic homestay/inn in Lijiang.
2. Meals: 7 breakfasts / 9 lunches or dinners (Meal standard: 30 RMB/person/meal); All breakfasts are hotel buffets.
3. Transportation: Use of formal, legally licensed, air-conditioned tourist vehicles.
4. Guide Service: Guides arranged for the itinerary are certified with national guide qualifications and are experienced professionals.
5. Safety: The travel agency purchases Yunnan travel combination insurance (Travel Agency Liability Insurance) for tourists.
Cost Exclusions
1. Single room supplement not included.
2. Costs outside the itinerary not included.
3. Scenic spot internal transportation fees not included.
Travel Tips
1. For hotel check-in registration, all tourists must bring valid identification documents such as ID cards.
2. The sequence of itineraries and attractions between the above cities may be adjusted, but no attractions will be omitted.
3. In cases of force majeure or situations that endanger the personal or property safety of tourists, our agency may adjust or modify the itinerary. Any additional costs incurred (such as accommodation, meals, transportation fees, adjustments in national airfares, etc.) will be charged accordingly.
4. If a tourist voluntarily forfeits visits, meals, accommodation, etc., due to personal reasons, the corresponding fees will be handled based on the actual circumstances.
5. Tourists holding certificates such as military officer cards or disability cards that grant free admission to attractions must present the relevant documents. Only the discounted attraction price included in the itinerary will be refunded at the travel agency's rate, and the guide will provide an on-site refund. For children registered at child rates, any additional ticket fees due to exceeding height requirements during the tour must be paid directly to the guide.

Group Tour Instructions
1. When signing the contract, please provide valid and correct identity information and carry a valid ID document throughout the trip (participants under 16 must bring their original household registration booklet). The tourist shall bear any losses incurred due to forgotten, lost, or expired documents resulting in inability to board flights, check into hotels, etc.
2. This product is a nationwide (individual travelers grouped tour). Due to its specific nature, factors such as specific flights, weather, road conditions, transport schedules, different departure times, accommodation hotels, and the coordination of travelers from different itineraries may cause waiting periods. All times stated in the itinerary are estimates and actual times may vary. The tourist shall bear any personal, property, or itinerary losses caused by any public transportation. If a traveler cannot undertake the trip for reasons not attributable to our company, we will charge for incurred costs and business reservation losses. If a substitute participant is required, a new contract must be signed. No refund will be given for withdrawals after departure. If itinerary changes occur for reasons not attributable to our company, no compensation will be provided for reduced parts, and any increased costs shall be borne by the tourist.
3. Hotel facilities vary by location. Tourists should pay attention to safety and prevent slipping when checking in; elderly individuals should avoid prolonged showers during winter. Please pay attention to personal and property safety during boarding/disembarking vehicles, while traveling, in hotels, at scenic spots, and at meal locations (and take care of the safety of elderly and children). Smoking is prohibited in scenic areas; please help maintain public hygiene.
4. In the event of force majeure or incidents that could not be avoided despite the travel agency or performing suppliers having exercised reasonable due diligence, resulting in a reduction of the tourist's itinerary, we will refund the cost of unused services. If it results in (stranding), we will assist with arrangements, but any additional costs incurred shall be borne by the tourist
5.Unauthorized departure from the group during the itinerary without prior consultation shall be deemed a breach of contract by the tourist. The uncompleted portion will be considered voluntarily abandoned, and our company will not issue refunds nor bear any additional costs incurred by the tourist. Refunds for standard items (e.g., admission tickets, accommodation) will be calculated based on our company's discounted rates, not the listed prices.
6.Our company will continuously monitor the quality of services provided. We appreciate your understanding of the limitations associated with grouped tours comprising individual travelers and kindly request that you communicate any service quality issues with us promptly to facilitate timely resolution. Penalty for Default

If the order is in the pending travel state and is canceled due to the traveler's reason, the fee deduction standard is as follows:
Before the trip starts, the default fee is 7% of the total order cost.
5% for 7 days or more, 20% for 4-6 days , 40% for 1-3 days , and 60% on the day of travel.
If the contract is terminated during the trip, the standard for deducting necessary fees is as follows:
Total order cost × default fee on the day of travel + (Total order cost - Total order cost × default fee on day of travel) ÷ Total travel days × actual days traveled.
Special note:
If the deducted fee is less than the actual fee incurred, the traveler should pay the actual fee incurred, but the maximum amount should not exceed the total order amount.

If the order is in pending travel state and is canceled due the travel agency's reason, in addition to full refund, the travel agency should pay the following default fee:
Before the trip starts, the fee is 7% of the order total cost.5% for 7 or more days, 10% for 4-6, 20% for 1-3,
and the travel agency should refund the order and pay the default fee according to the above standard within 5 working days after the notice of cancellation reaches the traveler.
