Service Standards
1. Accommodation: 7 nights of accommodation (3-diamond hotels for the entire journey, upgraded to 4-diamond hotels for 2 nights).
Note: During Xinjiang's peak season, the above hotels are prioritized. If unforeseen circumstances prevent using the specified or alternative hotels, accommodations of equivalent standard will be arranged without lowering the quality. Triple rooms are limited; extra beds will be arranged where possible, otherwise a single room supplement must be paid. Please clarify this with guests in advance.
2. Meals: 7 breakfasts and 9 main meals. Standard meal: 30 RMB/person; special song-and-dance banquet: 50 RMB/person (10 people per table with eight dishes and one soup; if fewer than 10 people, dishes will be reduced accordingly. Seasonal vegetables will be adjusted based on availability. No refunds for unused meals).
3. Tickets: Entry tickets for Wanfo Palace, Junwangfu Karez, Sayram Lake, Nalati Grassland, Tianshan Tianchi, and Kuerdening.
4. Complimentary Items: Scenic shuttle buses at Kuerdening, Sayram Lake, Nalati Grassland, and Tianshan Tianchi; complimentary ticket for Gudao Hot Springs.
5. Vehicle: Exclusive VIP shuttle with 2+1 seat configuration throughout the journey (vehicle type arranged based on group size for groups under 16 people).
6.Children's Policy: Child pricing includes main meals, hotel breakfasts, vehicle seat, and guide service. Excludes attraction tickets, shuttle bus fares, and hotel beds. Any additional scenic area expenses are to be paid individually based on actual charges.
7. Insurance: Xinjiang travel agency liability insurance.
8. Shopping: 2 jade museums + 1 cotton or pharmacy stop.
9. Special Gifts: 1 bottle of mineral water per person per day, energy snacks on the vehicle, and cotton products.
Exclusions
1. Meals: Meals not specified in the itinerary are at your own expense.
2. Single Room Supplement: A single room supplement applies for individual travelers or odd-numbered groups. Triple rooms are not available throughout the trip.
3. Insurance: Our agency has purchased Travel Agency Liability Insurance. Guests are advised to purchase personal accident insurance separately.
4. Optional Activities: Locally participated optional entertainment items and any other items not listed in the "Inclusions" section.
5. Children Policy: Children's fees exclude accommodation and complimentary items. Breakfast costs are to be paid on-site if incurred. Tickets and scenic area shuttle fees for children exceeding 1.2 meters in height must be purchased at the attraction.
6. Additional Costs: Extra expenses caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to traffic delays, strikes, weather, epidemics, aircraft mechanical failures, or flight cancellations/changes.
7. Transportation: Round-trip transportation costs to and from the tour destination are not included.
Group Tour Instructions
1. Booking & Check-in: When booking, please provide the full name and contact number of each participant. The local ground service staff will contact you via SMS or phone call at least 8 hours in advance. The driver/staff will meet you at the arrival point and transfer you to the hotel. Check in at the hotel front desk using the reserved name and room quantity. Hotel rates include breakfast for two persons only; additional breakfasts are at your own expense (children over 1.2 meters tall are charged as adults).
2. Itinerary Items & Refunds: For scheduled attractions/activities in the itinerary (excluding complimentary/upgraded items), if cancellation is caused by force majeure, alternatives will be offered based on guest preference or a refund will be provided based on the tour operator's cost price. Complimentary or free upgrade items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable if cancelled due to force majeure or guest's personal reasons/voluntary withdrawal.
3. Optional Night Activities: To ensure service quality, any participation in "optional extra night activities" requires a signed voluntary consent form from the guest before the tour guide can make arrangements.
4. Documents & Cancellation: Adults must carry valid ID, children must bring their household registration booklet. Guests canceling within 3 days before flight arrival will be charged a seat fee of CNY 1,000 per person.
5. Shopping & Optional Activities: If tourists wish to add shopping activities or participate in另行付费的旅游项目, they must reach agreement with the local tour operator and sign a supplementary voluntary contract/certificate on-site. Rational consumption is advised.
6. Hotels in Xinjiang: Some hotel standards in Xinjiang are relatively lower than those in inland China. During peak seasons or special circumstances (e.g., government requisition), we reserve the right to adjust to hotels of equivalent standard. Single rooms are not guaranteed throughout the tour; single supplement or extra bed fees apply. Hotel check-out time is strictly 14:00. For late evening return flights, luggage storage at the hotel front desk is recommended, with free time or paid hourly rest rooms.
7. Discount Certificates: As quoted prices already include comprehensive discounts, holders of preferential certificates (tour guide, military officer, disability, senior citizen, teacher, student, etc.) will receive refunds according to the standards shown in the itinerary, with no additional discounts.
8. Some scenic areas have special regulations for foreign nationals. Please be sure to consult customer service before placing an order.
9. Travel Advisory for Xinjiang:
• Attractions in Xinjiang are widely dispersed, resulting in long driving times between destinations.
• Some scenic areas may have limited shuttle vehicle capacity, potentially leading to extended waiting times. Please cooperate with guides and staff for arrangements.
• Visitors aged 60 or above with mobility impairments (including pregnant individuals) are required to sign a liability waiver provided by the scenic area.
Default compensation

If the order is in the pending travel state and is canceled due to the traveler's reason, the fee deduction standard is as follows:
Before the trip starts, the default fee is 7% of the total order cost.
5% for 7 days or more, 20% for 4-6 days , 40% for 1-3 days , and 60% on the day of travel.
If the contract is terminated during the trip, the standard for deducting necessary fees is as follows:
Total order cost × default fee on the day of travel + (Total order cost - Total order cost × default fee on day of travel) ÷ Total travel days × actual days traveled.
Special note:
If the deducted fee is less than the actual fee incurred, the traveler should pay the actual fee incurred, but the maximum amount should not exceed the total order amount.

If the order is in pending travel state and is canceled due the travel agency's reason, in addition to full refund, the travel agency should pay the following default fee:
Before the trip starts, the fee is 7% of the order total cost.5% for 7 or more days, 10% for 4-6, 20% for 1-3,
and the travel agency should refund the order and pay the default fee according to the above standard within 5 working days after the notice of cancellation reaches the traveler.
